He has a rich background of experience in the Medical Billing field, having worked in the Healthcare BPO segment for the last 11 years. He was previously employed with a highly reputed company in Healthcare BPO Services.

In his 11 years of experience in Healthcare BPO he has played various roles such as

• Handling Tele-Marketing clients of U.S. (Includes but not limited to sales, surveys, etc.)
• Project Transitioning Manager in the U.S. (Co-ordinating with the Medical Billing Clients for successful project startups and implementation)
• MIS Manager (Handling of various financial reports for all Medical Billing Clients)
• Training Manager (Training of new recruits and senior level personnel on all areas in Medical Billing, Conducting ongoing Refresher Medical Billing Courses, Mentoring of employees on an ongoing basis)
• Senior Project Manager (Have handled various Projects of different specialties across the states of California, Florida, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Texas, New Jersey and Michigan)

He was previously employed with Nittany Decision Services, a pioneer in Healthcare BPO. He has vast knowledge in Billing Operations such as Demographics, Charges, Coding, Cash Posting and AR Follow-up.

He holds B.Com degree from the University of Kerala and is pursuing MBA.
