3. CRIXIVAN CUSTOM PILLPLANNER |
Livin' It is a personalized treatment plan designed to help HIV patients adhere to their antiretroviral regimen. The plan was created in consultaton with healthcare providers. With this plan, you can customize a helpful resource for HIV patients that they can refer to every day, to help them remember to take all of their antiretroviral medications at the correct times.
This planner is designed to help plan and manage patient's daily regimen of pills.To create a Personalized Treatment Plan, we should begin by selecting the patient's first dose in the first table. Choose which pills should be taken and their quantity, then select an activity that will remind patient that it's "pill time." Scheduling a dose time to coinpillplannere with a patient's daily activity may help remind patients to take their medicine. Continue filling out time slots until patient have planned a complete day. Lastly, to create the schedule, click on the "create plan" button to generate patient's plan. |
